ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass orders on the application dated 21.03.2021, submitted by the petitioner seeking for Patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that already a survey has been conducted by the respondent and that the decision taken by the respondent will be conveyed to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent to convey the decision taken on the application submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
