ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner forbearing the respondents by taking any steps to remove the compound wall situated in Survey Nos.891/1 and 536/1 situated in Sambanthapuram Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District which is exclusively belongs to the Sri Anaithalai Vinayakar Temple without giving any order or notice.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the bridge has been constructed without touching the compound wall.
3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
