ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned Memorandum in Na.Ka.No.65/2022 dated 13.02.2023 and impugned Memorandum in Na.Ka.No.65/2022 dated 05.03.2023 thereby preventing the petitioner from attending his work, denying payment of salary and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to initiate action on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.05.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined in the service pursuant to the filing of this Writ Petition and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 also admitted the same. 2/4

3.In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined the service, he is entitled to the salary and other benefits, to which he is entitled to.
