Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagark Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to set aside the order passed in Crl.MP.No. 1064 of 2023 dated 25.04.2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in Crl.MP.No.1064 of 2023 dated 25.04.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has restricted his prayer only with regard to give a direction to the respondent police to file final report before the concerned Court as expeditiously as possible. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent has no objection to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is genuine one. Considering the same, this Court is directed the respondent police to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
