PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in C.No.20/Detention/C.P.O/TC/2019, dated 29.07.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue by name Gowrishankar son of Srinivasan, aged about 30 years, now confining at Tiruchirappalli Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
