By an order dated 27.10.2021, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2021, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.534/2023, dated 13.06.2023, with a request for two months time to comply with the order dated 27.10.2021 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.1633 of 2021.
