The petitioner, aggrieved by the order passed by the District Registrar under Section 77A of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, has filed an appeal under Section 77B of the Act before the Deputy Inspector General of Registration and has filed this writ petition for an early disposal of the appeal. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that on the petitioner's appeal, enquiry is scheduled on 03.08.2023. 3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the first 2/4

respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. No costs.
