Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents TANGEDCO.

2. The petition mentioned premises was enjoying electricity service connection under the commercial category. The petitioner has given a petition for converting the same to domestic cotegory. In other words, he wants conversion from Tariff -VI to Tariff-V.

3. The first respondent shall pass order on the petitioner's request on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
