ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur to dispose of H.M.C.M.A.No.11 of 2024 against H.M.O.P.No. 57 of 2022 as expeditiously within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 before the learned Principal Sub-Court, Thanjavur seeking Conjugal Rights and the said petition was allowed. Against which, the respondent has filed H.M.C.M.A.No.11 of 2024 before the learned Principal District Court, Thanjavur. According to the petitioner, H.M.C.M.A.No.11 of 2024 is pending from the year 2024 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the appeal.

4. In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the appeal in H.M.C.M.A.No.11 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
