To set aside the order of the Tribunal of MACT cum Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai made in M.C.O.P.No.23 of 2019 dated 11-04-2023 and allow the appeal with costs.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court vide order dated 01.07.2024 had passed an order of interim stay on the condition that the appellant deposits the admitted liability of Rs.84,23,000/- to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.23 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Aruppukottai.

2. It is reported that the said amount has already been deposited, since it is an admitted liability.

3. Hence, the petitioners/claimants are permitted to withdraw the same as per the apportionment fixed by the Tribunal.
