PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned Staff Fixation for the year 2018-2019 issued by the 2nd respondent dated 16.07.2019 (holding the post of BT Assistant (Science) as surplus) quash the same in so far as it render one post of BT Assistant (Science) in R.C.Middle School, Surandai, as surplus.
