This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 982 days in filing revision petition against the order in M.C.No. 11/2021 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi and thus render justice.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 982 days in filing of the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.
