This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the first respondent not to harass the petitioners in any manner under the guise of enquiry in Crime No.221 of 2020 dated 29.08.2020.

2.Considering the present times, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would reiterate the averments made in the petition.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, as against these petitioners, enquiry has been conducted and First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.221 of 2020, dated 29.08.2020 for the offence under Sections 379, 511 of IPC and Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in which, these petitioners are arrayed as accused. Subsequently, an Alteration Report has also been filed on 21.09.2020, where, these petitioners are arrayed as accused. 5.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
