ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C No.126 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul. It is seen that during mediation, the issues have been resolved. A copy of the mediation report has been enclosed. In the agreement dated 16.11.2021, it has been agreed that the defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the impugned proceedings stand quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
