Alleging that the order of this Court dated 30.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No. 18253 of 2023 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that against the order dated 30.04.2025, the respondent has preferred an appeal and has obtained an order of interim stay.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
