Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to revise petitioner pay and grade pay in terms of Clause 1(a) and Clause 5 of settlement under Section 12(3) of the I.D Act dated 04.01.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to revise the pension, gratuity, earned leave salary, commuted value of pension, provident fund based on the pay revision given in the settlement and to disburse the difference amounts in the terminal benefits together with interest at the rate of 18 % per annum payable from the date when it became due to till the date of actual payment within the time limit that mat be fixed by this Court.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 26.10.2018, made in W.P.(MD) No.21912 of 2018.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order and directions have been complied with. This fact is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
