ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey No.217/8 to an extent of 0.18 cents situated at Thethur Village. One Rajaram and Palanichamy sold the above said property in favour of the third respondent on 01.07.2015 and the same is also registered by the second respondent. In the above circumstances, the petitioner filed an application to cancel the sale deed before the first respondent on 08.09.2016 and so far no order has been passed by the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.09.2016, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent, and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all parties.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
