ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Mandamus directing the respondents to draw three phase electric connection to the petitioner's house bearing D.No.8/9A situated in Valvachagostam Panchayat Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District in the existing connection (meter .No.195-011-323)."

2. Considering the fact that the suit which has been the impediment for granting three phase connection has now been disposed of in favour of the petitioner, the respondents shall forthwith take steps to grant the three phase connection. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
