ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the third respondent. Even though a learned counsel wanted to appear for the private respondents, I made it clear that no notice will be issued to them.

2.It appears that there is a private dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the respondents 4 and 5 on the other. Invoking writ jurisdiction to resolve the same is not appropriate. I can only clarify that the official respondents will not interfere in the matter. They shall keep off. 2/4

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
