W.P.(MD)No.18083 of 2018 2.From the affidavit filed by respondent No.3, the tortfeasors were proceeded with. There is nothing on record to show that respondent No.4 is responsible for the revenue loss. Thus, we do not find any reason to entertain the Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition fails and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs.
