This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police to take appropriate action on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 07.07.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not preferred any complaint before the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police and so far no complaint has been received by the 2nd respondent. The submission is recorded. 3.Recording the said aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police to prefer a fresh complaint and on receipt of the same the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to take suitable action on merits. No cost.
