ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.743/AA2/2020 dated 22.10.2020 on the file of Respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the not appointing the 3 to 4 Supporting Staff with monthly honorarium as per the Guidelines of the Central government in (Padhna Likhna Abhiyan) Karpom Ezhuthuvom Iyakkam is concerned and consequently for direction directing the Respondents No.6 to 13 to give Priority to the petitioner in Appointment in the Karpom Ezhuthuvom Iyakkam (Padhna Likhna Abhiyan) in light of the Order Passed by Honourable High Court of Madras in W.P.No. 26759 of 2009 within the time period.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that nothing survives for adjudication and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
