ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner's party to conduct demonstration to be held on 07.12.2016 against the forcible encroachment of Thalith lands in Survey No.141-1-15 and 16 at Rajagambeeram Village, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.11.2016.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that if the petitioner is ready to hold demonstration in front of the Palace at Sivagangai, the second respondent is ready to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make necessary representation before the second respondent and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider and pass orders on the same, as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
