ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the Look Out Notice to the petitioner, on the basis of his representation, dated 24.07.2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that now the petitioner came to understand that the second respondent police has issued a look out notice against the petitioner on the ground that he has been involved in several criminal cases and he is likely to abscond from the country. But, so far the look out notice has not been served on the petitioner and hence, he sought for a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the look out notice to the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the look out notice to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
