This Writ Petition has been field for issuing direction to the the respondents 1 and 3 to conduct an enquiry and to pass orders on the petitioner's complaint / representation, dated 14.02.2022.

2. The petitioner is the owner of the hotel viz., Ariya Bhavan in Sivagangai. On the oral instructions of District Collector and Dean of Medical College, Sivagangai, he supplied the food for the Covid patients and subsequently, they received the bill amount belatedly. That being the position, he made a complaint before the 3rd respondent police stating that there is a delay in passing bill for the food supply.

3. This Court perused the complaint given by the petitioner and that there is no incriminating material to constitute the any offence against the respondents. Admittedly, the petitioner has received the full amount for the supply of food. Further, if any delay in payment, it is 2/4

open to him to realize the interest for the delay period. For that reason, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
