Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the third respondent seeking loan and the petitioner's application is pending for a long time and the loan amount was not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sanctioned.

4.Today, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that already the third respondent sanctioned the loan amount and within a period of one week, they will disburse the loan amount to the petitioner. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, this Writ Petition is closed.
