No.13531/2020 dated 30.11.2020. Modify the condition from Blood Sureties to any sureties.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMEY, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13531 of 2020, dated 27.11.2020.
2.This Court by an order dated 27.11.2020 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram District. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son is in judicial custody, hence, the blood surety memo petition was returned by the Court below. Hence he is unable to blood sureties. Therefore he seeks modification.

3. Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram District. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
