Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner alleges that without his permission, the third respondent has erected high power electric tower.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that no tower has been laid as such. Only overhead HT lines have been drawn on the petitioner's land. In this regard, compensation has been paid to the petitioner as well as his mother. Copies of the demand draft issued in the name of the petitioner's mother and the petitioner have also been produced before me. The writ petition itself was filed in August 2022. We are now in October 2023. The prayer itself has been conceded and the compensation has also been paid. 2/4
