Singaram, who is a life convict, now confined in Central Prison, Trichirappalli to arrange money for the medical treatment of the petitioner's father-in-law Singaram, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.11.2016. O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant Parole for a period of 30 days to the petitioner's husband namely Mariappan, S/o. Singaram, who is a life convict, now confined in Central Prison, Trichirappalli to arrange money for the medical treatment of the petitioner's father-in-law Singaram, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.11.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.Considering the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
