ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to return back the key of the petitioner's vehicle, namely, Mahindra Load King, bearing registration no.TN 60 AW 7283 forthwith and further to direct the second respondent's officials that not to harass the petitioner and her family members in guise of enquiry in respect of the above said vehicle's issue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14324 of 2020 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the key has already been handed over to the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed. If at all the respondent police needs to enquire the petitioner, they shall follow the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610, while enquiring the petitioner.
