Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned G.O.(1D) No.261 Public (FORS.1) Department dated 27.06.2019 issued by the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to release the petitioner son namely Akildass son of Arumugam aged about 24 years under the custody of 3rd respondent special camp at Trichy forthwith.

ORDER

1.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of corresponding with the petitioner, the petitioner has not evinced any interest in this case and therefore, the learned counsel requested for dispensing with his appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has not engaged any other Advocate in this case.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
