Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to settle the interest for the belated payment of retiral benefits payable to the petitioners with 18 percent rate of interest within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 13.12.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.26576 of 2019.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the order and directions have been complied with. This fact is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
