ORDER

Mr. D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Narendren, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent.

2.The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 19.06.2025 regarding the rejection of petitioner's bid in pursuance of the tender notice Ref.No.DIPR/1714/Tender 2025, dated 30.04.2025, and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the bid submitted by the petitioner.

3.The petitioner is an unsuccessful bidder, whose bid has been rejected at the stage of technical evaluation of the tender that was floated by the respondents on 30.04.2025.

4.Already series of cases have been filed by the petitioner, wherein the offer of the petitioner was rejected during the technical evaluation with liberty to file an appeal under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.

5.The petitioner has an alternate remedy and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with the above liberty. The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the appellate authority under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998. All rights of the petitioner stand preserved before the appellate authority.
