Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAYARAJA.J, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7213 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2094 of 2022 on 01.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. In this case trial has been commenced before the EC Court, Madurai in C.C.No.244 of 2023.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.7213 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2094 of 2022 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the date of hearing without fail.
