O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey her property in S.NO.297/6B, Taruvaikulam Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the Petitioner's application, dated 28.4.2025 vide E.Challan No. 20250428062610.

2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was originally purchased by the petitioner's father Ramasamy Nadar under sale deed, dated 13.6.1986. After the death of Ramasamy Nadar, all his children executed a Release Deed in favour of Ramasamy Nadar's wife Ponnuthai under Release deed, dated 10.7.2013. Subsequently, the said Ponnuthai executed a settlement deed in favour of the Petitioner on 15.4.2015.Thus the Petitioner claims exclusive right over the subject property. He filed an application for survey of the subject property on 28.4.2025.The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner has 2/5

come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner failed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted online application to the first respondent. Therefore her application has not been considered.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted the online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the said online application of the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and and other interested parties,if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of acknowledgment for submitting the online application from the Petitioner.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
