ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents/Bank.
2.All that the petitioner wants is that the respondents/Bank namely., third and fourth respondents should submit subsidy proposal to NABARD.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel submitted that the proposal was submitted on two occasions.
4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the learned standing counsel is directed to make available the proof of having submitted the proposal to the petitioner's counsel so that the petitioner's counsel pursue the matter with the second respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
