2. The petitioner questions the impugned notice calling for objections. The petitioner can always appear before the authority concerned and place her objections.

3. The petitioner's counsel points out that wrong provision of law has been quoted. It is well settled that non-quoting, wrong quoting or misquoting the legal provision will not by itself vitiate the proceedings.
