ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 08.08.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, vide the letter in D.No.1118 dated 23.02.2024, Madurai this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in E.P.No.42 of 2016.

2. By the order dated 08.08.2023, this Court directed the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanthapuram, to conclude the case in E.P.No.42 of 2016, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted. The learned Principal District Judge, Ramanthapuram, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
