PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute based on the legal notice issued by the petitioner dated 26.06.2023.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the police / first respondent, not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and other unofficial respondents.

2. According to the petitioner, that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the properties in Survey No.34/3B, situated at Purasakkudi village, Nattanai Purasakkudi Revenue Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District. However, on a complaint given by the fourth respondent and others, the police have harassing and trying to interfere in the civil dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has also issued legal notice to the second respondent dated 26.06.2023.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that on a complaint given by the fourth respondent dated 10.06.2023, a enquiry is made and subsequently the said petition was closed and the petitioner was not being harassed and was only enquired basing on the representation given by the fourth respondent which is subsequently closed.

4. The same is recorded. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
