2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that the matter has become infructuous. The wall in question had fallen on account of natural causes. It appears that O.S.No.138 of 2023 is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Musiri. The petitioner is at liberty to canvass his contentions in the said suit. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
