(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) No intervention is required under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is a complete Code in itself and it is always open to the petitioner to take a recourse to the remedies provided under the said Act.

2. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD) No.16922 of 2016 is also dismissed.

3. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the original impugned order be returned to him, by retaining a copy thereof.
