O R D E R

This Review Application is filed seeking to review the order 1/4

passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15778 of 2025, dated 12.06.2025.

2. The first respondent herein filed a Writ Petition seeking survey of the land situate in TSLR No.4/4A, 5/16 and 5/2, at Ward No.25, Kochadai, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai Corporation, by considering his application dated 18.03.2025.

3. The said Writ Petition was disposed of by issuing the following directions:

"5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, in Application No. 2025/0178/24/000147, dated 18.3.2025 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order."

4. Now the petitioner herein claiming himself as a person interested in the property filed this Review Application seeking to review the order. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a person interested in the subject property and without impleading him, the first respondent filed the said Writ Petition and obtained an order for survey of the property.

5. In the above said Writ Petition, this Court only directed the official respondents to consider the application submitted by the first respondent seeking survey of the property by issuing notice to the petitioner therein, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.

6. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner submitted an objection before the second respondent on 25.06.2025 and enquiry notice was also issued to the petitioner.

7. In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to raise all his objections before the second respondent in the enquiry to be conducted by him, pursuant to the direction issued by this Court and the said authority shall consider the objection of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

8. With this clarification, this Review Application stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
