ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.127 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, which is registered against them.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation was completed in Crime No.127 of 2024 and final report has been filed against the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, on 23.06.2024.

3. Since the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam on 23.06.2024, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the available materials of the FIR. 2/4

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report if they are having any grounds. The respondent Police shall ensure that the final report is taken on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
