ORDER

The petitioner was employed as a Conductor in the respondents Transport Corporation and he retired from service on 30.09.2016 on reaching the age of superannuation.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his retirement benefits are yet to be disbursed. He made a representation dated 07.10.2016 seeking to disburse the arrears of increment and revised increment for the period, in which, he was facing a charge memo, which ended in his favour without any punishment. As the same has not been considered, he again sent a representation dated 10.11.2016. The said representation has also not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has sought for this Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the arrears of increment and revised increment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2016.

agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2016 and to pass orders. 4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
