ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to revoke the order of suspension in R.No.11155/ A1/ 18, dated 30.11.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2019 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Aayiram K. Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader took notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Though this petition has been filed to give a positive direction to the respondents, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2019.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
