ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prvention of Exorbitant Interest Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.398 of 2021 and the same was closed.
