For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.935 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 21(1), 4(1)(1A) of Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and 379 of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has illegally transported 1⁄2 unit of river sand.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is having more than three previous cases of similar nature.

5.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras and also taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
