Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent in A.Ni.Mu.No./26/18 dated 23.04.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher which has been made on 16.10.2017 in the 4th respondent School.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.(MD)No.10317 of 2018, dated 06.11.2019.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as against the order of the Writ Court dated 06.11.2019, they have preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.4 of 2021 and the same is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. When the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter, it would not be proper to simultaneously proceed with the contempt petition. It would only be appropriate to wait for the outcome of the writ appeal.

4. In such view of the matter, this Contempt Petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, subject to the outcome of the pending writ appeal.
