ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.789 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the complainant, investigation was conducted. After completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.15 of 2023 and the same was posted to 08.10.2023 for the appearance of the accused.

3. In view of the submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions before the learned trial Judge.
