ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to demarcate the land belongs to the petitioner in S.No.1518/2A to the extent of 2 cents in Mudivaithanenthal Village, Tuticorin Taluk, Tuticorin District and transfer the patta exclusively to the name of the petitioner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Sy.No. 1518/2A to an extent of 2 cents in Mudivaithanenthal Village, Tuticorin Taluk, Tuticorin District. He has filed an application for measuring his property and fix the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

boundaries and also paid necessary fees for the same. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the material documents carefully.

4.In the above circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in Sy.No.1518/2A in Mudivaithanenthal Village, Tuticorin Taluk, Tuticorin District, on the basis of his application, dated 12.06.2015 and also the subsequent representations and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
